Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dilluted Cron Requests ("DCR", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, scheduled HTTP request service, and subscription plans. By creating an account or using DCR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Operator and contact
DCR is operated by , with a business address at .
For support, billing questions, cancellation, or complaints, contact us at .
2. Description of the service
DCR is designed to let you configure scheduled HTTP requests to endpoints you are authorized to access, execute those requests, record execution results, and provide relevant status or failure information.
Available functionality depends on your plan and the features currently provided by DCR. We may update, improve, or modify features for operational, security, or technical reasons, subject to applicable law and any contractual commitments.
DCR is a general-purpose technical tool. It is not designed or guaranteed for emergency response, medical systems, life-safety systems, financial trading, or other safety-critical applications where a delayed, missed, or repeated request could cause serious harm.
3. Accounts and account security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account details reasonably up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may take reasonable steps to protect accounts and the service, including temporarily restricting access when necessary to investigate suspected compromise, fraud, or abuse.
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the account deletion functionality provided by DCR or by contacting support. Account deletion may remove your configurations, execution history, and access to paid features. Deletion does not automatically cancel or reverse a payment already processed, and it does not remove records that must be retained by law or by an independent payment provider.
4. Plans and pricing
DCR offers the following monthly subscription plans, subject to availability and the pricing displayed at checkout:
- Bronze: €2.99 per month, with up to 3 cron jobs.
- Silver: €5.99 per month, with up to 6 cron jobs.
- Gold: €9.99 per month, with up to 10 cron jobs.
- Diamond: €14.99 per month, with up to 15 cron jobs.
The job limits above refer to the number of configured scheduled jobs permitted by each plan. Other limits or features will be described on the pricing page or at checkout where applicable.
Prices are displayed in euros. The final checkout must clearly show the amount payable, applicable taxes, billing interval, and any other mandatory price information before you confirm payment. Where Creem or another payment intermediary calculates or collects applicable transaction taxes, the checkout will provide the relevant information.
We may change subscription prices prospectively. We will provide notice where required by law or where a change affects an existing subscription. A price change will not override mandatory consumer rights or applicable rules on changes to ongoing contracts.
5. Checkout and payments
Subscription purchases are initiated through the external checkout service provided by Creem.io. Payment details are submitted through the checkout interface rather than being intentionally collected by DCR's website.
Creem's role in the transaction, including whether it acts as merchant of record, is governed by the applicable checkout arrangement and Creem's terms. Before completing a purchase, you should review the terms and notices presented by Creem, including its Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice.
Your purchase is subject to the price and plan displayed at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card details on our own servers as part of the intended checkout flow. Payment authorization, transaction records, invoicing, and payment-related personal data may be handled by Creem and relevant payment service providers.
6. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal is processed. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges through the payment arrangement presented at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation mechanism provided for your subscription or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals once it has taken effect. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a payment already made. Refund requests are handled under Section 7 and applicable consumer law.
If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended or restricted until the payment issue is resolved. We may also suspend or terminate a subscription where required by law or where continued service would create a security, fraud, or abuse risk.
7. Refunds and consumer withdrawal rights
14-day statutory withdrawal right: If you are a consumer entering into an eligible distance contract, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable Romanian and EU consumer protection law. For service contracts, this period generally begins on the date the contract is concluded. Statutory exceptions and conditions may apply.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us clearly within the applicable withdrawal period by contacting . Include your account email address and, if available, your transaction reference. You may use the model withdrawal form provided by applicable law, but you are not required to use a particular form as long as your decision to withdraw is communicated clearly.
Digital service access during the withdrawal period: If you request that DCR begin providing the service during the 14-day withdrawal period, we will obtain any express request, consent, acknowledgment, or confirmation required by applicable law. Where the law permits a charge for service provided before withdrawal, or an exception to the withdrawal right after full performance, the applicable statutory conditions will apply. Payment, account creation, or access to DCR does not by itself automatically waive a statutory withdrawal right.
Additional 3-day refund policy: In addition to any statutory rights, you may request a refund within three (3) calendar days after a subscription payment, including a renewal payment. Contact support with your account email address and transaction reference. Approved refunds will be processed through the relevant payment provider, subject to applicable payment procedures.
The three-day refund policy is an additional commercial policy and does not limit, replace, or shorten the statutory 14-day withdrawal period or any other mandatory consumer rights. If a statutory withdrawal right applies, a request made within that period will be assessed under the applicable legal rules, even if more than three days have passed since payment.
Where a valid withdrawal requires a refund, we will refund the amounts required by applicable law within the applicable statutory deadline and using the legally required payment method, subject to any permitted exceptions. Where the law allows a proportionate charge for services provided following your express request, that rule will apply only if its legal conditions are satisfied.
Cancellation of an automatically renewing subscription prevents future renewals once the cancellation takes effect, but does not automatically constitute a withdrawal request or refund request. You may exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal right separately. Account deletion likewise does not remove any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Creem.io processes payments through its checkout service. Refund processing may involve Creem and relevant payment providers, but their procedures do not override your mandatory statutory rights. See the applicable checkout terms and Creem Privacy Notice for further information.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Romanian or EU law.
8. Acceptable use
You may use DCR only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to send requests to each endpoint you configure.
You must not use DCR to:
- access systems, accounts, or endpoints without authorization;
- conduct denial-of-service attacks, overload services, or interfere with network or system security;
- send unsolicited messages or requests in violation of applicable law;
- violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights;
- circumvent rate limits, access controls, or restrictions imposed by endpoint operators;
- distribute malware, facilitate fraud, or engage in unlawful activity; or
- use DCR in a way that violates the terms governing the endpoints or third-party services you access.
You are responsible for the request URLs, methods, headers, credentials, request bodies, schedules, and other settings you configure. You must ensure that your schedules and request frequency are appropriate for the target system and that you have any required permissions.
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, DCR, or the integrity of connected systems. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide an explanation and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Availability and service limitations
We aim to operate DCR reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled requests may be delayed, missed, duplicated, or fail because of network conditions, infrastructure problems, endpoint outages, DNS issues, rate limits, authentication errors, maintenance, or third-party service failures.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, DCR does not offer a guaranteed uptime percentage or guaranteed delivery time for scheduled requests. We may perform maintenance, apply security updates, or temporarily restrict features to maintain or protect the service.
You are responsible for testing your configurations, monitoring critical endpoints independently, and designing appropriate retry, idempotency, and failure-handling mechanisms. Do not rely on DCR as the sole safeguard for critical operations.
Nothing in this section excludes mandatory rights or remedies for non-conforming services under applicable law.
10. Data, credentials, and privacy
You retain responsibility for the data and configurations you submit to DCR. You grant us permission to process that information only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
You must not submit information that you do not have the right to use or disclose. Where you include personal data relating to other people in a request configuration, you are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and providing any required notices.
Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Account and service data is generally retained while an account remains active and may be deleted or anonymized following account deletion, subject to legal retention obligations, security requirements, backup cycles, and the exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.
You should avoid placing unnecessary secrets in request bodies, response data, or other fields that may be recorded in logs. You remain responsible for the security and rotation of credentials you configure.
11. Intellectual property
DCR and its website, software, design, branding, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, we retain our rights in DCR and its materials.
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription where applicable, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use DCR for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or attempt to reverse engineer the service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
You retain any rights you have in the content and configurations you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of such content does not infringe third-party rights.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using DCR and request account deletion at any time. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately where required to prevent future renewal charges.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security threats, fraud, non-payment, or a legal or regulatory requirement. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.
We may discontinue DCR or a material feature of the service. Where required by applicable law or an existing contractual commitment, we will provide notice and any applicable refund or other remedy. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
13. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DCR is provided without a promise that every request will execute successfully, that every endpoint will be available, or that execution will occur at an exact time. We do not guarantee that DCR will meet every particular technical requirement unless we expressly agree to it in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from endpoint failures, incorrect configurations, unauthorized requests configured by you, third-party outages, or your failure to independently monitor a critical process.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory remedy for a service that does not conform to applicable legal requirements.
Where permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed. Any other limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted under applicable Romanian and EU law.
14. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to DCR, our payment or infrastructure providers, security practices, or applicable law. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
Where a change materially affects an existing subscription or consumer contract, we will provide notice and any cancellation or other rights required by applicable law. Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, subject to any mandatory provisions of EU law and any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the country where a consumer resides.
Where permitted by law, disputes should first be raised with our support team so that we can attempt to resolve them informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be brought before the competent courts determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction or access to dispute-resolution mechanisms.
16. Consumer complaints
If you are a consumer and believe that your statutory rights have not been respected, you may contact us using the support details published on our website. You may also contact the competent Romanian consumer protection authority, the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), or seek assistance through the relevant European consumer protection channels, as applicable.
17. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms expressly incorporated into the checkout process, describe the general terms governing your use of DCR. If a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with a provision of these Terms, the mandatory requirement will prevail.
